Two players and an idea that wasn't so crazy at first
The story of Oupi is first and foremost the story of two people, Nicolas and Mathilde. A couple in life and in business, united by the same passion for fantasy worlds, strategy games, playing cards, collectible cards, miniatures... but above all, by the desire to create something real, something that reflects who they are.
For years, they were gamers, collectors, and customers. Then one day, a simple idea was born. What if we created a place that brought together everything we love?
Not an impersonal online store, but a project designed with heart, built by hand, where every card sent, every miniature sold, and every interaction would be marked by sincerity.
It all started with an online store, set up in their apartment. Small in scale, but big in ambition: to offer carefully selected products, honest advice, and above all, a genuine connection with each and every customer.
Then one day, this little adventure took an unexpected turn.
Local gamers walked into the new offices and asked for something unlikely.
Could we come and play here?
That moment, as simple as it was, changed everything.
That's when they realized that their project wasn't just about selling online. What they could build was a meeting place, an anchor for a community.
So we moved the furniture around and improvised a play area. What was once a small office gradually became a hangout for enthusiasts.
Desks were turned into game tables, and shelves filled with boosters, miniatures, dice, and board games. The evenings came alive, communities formed, and discussions flourished.
Eventually, the offices and shops moved entirely to create what Oupi is today.

Co-founder and player of Lorcana, she is the queen of organization. She manages orders, customer service, and logistics with a rigor and kindness that make all the difference. Thanks to her, every package leaves on time, carefully packaged, and with a personal touch.
Alexandre
He is the living encyclopedia of TCG. His ultimate specialty: Pokémon TCG. He gives advice, follows the news, and above all, he takes time with every visitor. No matter your level or budget, he will be able to help you.
