Your purchase does not suit you or you do not need it anymore ?
Don't be afraid !
Oupi.eu offers you the possibility to return all or part of your order within 30 days after receiving your order !
Don't be caught by time or by an anniversary deadline, the Oupi guarantee is included in all purchases made on Oupi.eu.
You do not have to return your entire order if you are not happy with any of the items, you can return only the one you are not happy with.
In order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible, the following conditions must be met :
- Contact us via our contact form, so we can be notified of the return.
- The product(s) returned must be in their original condition: complete packaging, unused merchandise, accompanied by its accessories.
- Return the product(s) to the following address : Oupi - 88 rue du commerce - 74700 Sallanches - France
- Be sure to use a method of delivery that provides proof of its actual shipment and distribution and, most importantly, its security.
- Within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of your order.
The returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
The damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not taken back and will be held at the disposal of the customer in the buildings of Oupi.eu for a handing-over in person or a return by postal way to the customer, the expenses of return remaining with the load of the Customer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned under the conditions provided.
The preparation of your orders
We take the utmost care of your orders, from the smallest to the largest.
We make sure that each item in your order is carefully packaged to ensure proper protection while avoiding over-packaging.
Generally your order is entrusted to our carrier within 24 to 48 hours, you will instead receive a tracking number allowing you to know the status of your delivery.
Delivery time
At Oupi we have chosen to work with carriers recognized for their seriousness with the best possible delivery rates and especially in the best possible conditions, no matter where you are, we will try to deliver you.
As soon as we receive your shipping confirmation by email, your package is on its way. For your information, the delivery times observed after our carrier has taken charge of your order are as follows
- Metropolitan France is 24 h to 72 h.
- The European Union is 48 h to 7 working days.
- For the rest of the world 7 days to 21 days.
Never be in the dark thanks to your tracking and contact us if you have any doubt about the progress of your delivery.
Delivery charges
The shipping charge includes all ours costs, handling fees (the little hands that take care of your orders), postage charged by our carriers and the consumables we use to protect and ship your orders and somehow the cat food in the office.
Free shipping is calculated on the total amount of the cart after applying any discounts you have received.
